Otan Concept

Yes, it's another character. /guilty/ I wasn't planning this girl... like, at all. She was the amazing accident that is result of a role play between me and *Sasha-Arctic I'll get some information for her up soon, but I wanted to post her now. Her name is Otan... well that's the short of a very long name that is.
So anyways, I Tried to make her as beautiful as she is in my mind... I didn't quite succeed, but it will have to do for now. For now, all you shall know about her is that she's a demoness.... and quite the powerful one too. so for now, enjoy her. She's got quite the juicy story behind her.
